On Saturday 2 July, 19 Students facilitated the running of Whitelands Park Summer Fair. We helped to run stalls such as ‘Splat the Rat’ and ‘Welly Wanging’. Our efforts have helped to raise money for new school playground equipment. This is the first of many Bart’s Community projects where Miss Marshall, Leader of Stretch and Challenge, provides St Bart’s students with opportunities for us to go above and beyond our normal curriculum. This event increased our self-confidence and developed some of our leadership skills. Mr Irving, Head Teacher of Whitelands Park Primary, wishes to thank all of those that were involved
