On Wednesday 9 March two of our year 9 students, Mya Cahoon and Meg Archibald, attended a live Q and A zoom meeting with two female football players from Reading football club as part of a Barclays initiative promoting girls football in schools.
As th
e girls had participated so well, by preparing and sending in questions which the Reading players answered brilliantly, they won tickets to watch a Women Super League, Reading V Manchester United at the John Madejski Stadium on Saturday 12 March. We look forward to hearing about their experience.
