The school has become aware that a member of the teaching staff may have swine flu. This person is at home recovering. We are monitoring the situation carefully and we are continuing to liaise with West Berkshire Council.
Your child will be bringing home a letter today (8 July 2009), which provides Department of Health advice, to keep you informed. In the unlikely event of a school closure being necessary, normal school closure procedures will be followed. Information will be publicised on this website www.bartholonews.co.uk and on local radio stations.
