In Year 10 Drama lessons we are studying ‘DNA’ by Dennis Kelly. As we are unable to use the lighting desk due to Covid restrictions, we got creative with creating lighting effects for a variety of different scenes. The jelly babies are the characters in the play arranged in ‘the woods’ and students used coloured lighting gels with the torch from their phones, to create different lighting effects for an eerie mood and atmosphere. We thought it was fun!
