Towards the end of last term we laid a paved area around the Positivitree in the Heritage Garden. The tree was planted in the school Nature Reserve in May 2017 to provide a haven for anyone who needs some quiet space. The school officers have ordered some benches for seating in the area, but before these can be installed we needed to lay some slabs.
Dr Fitter instructed us in the art of cement mixing and there were some tense moments at the end when we thought the final slabs might not make a circle, but we think the end result is quite impressive!
