Last July we reported that Darcy (10P2) had completed the amazing feat of swimming the English Channel in a relay with 5 of her friends from Winchester City Swimming Club. Now Darcy’s achievements have been recognised with a Berkshire Masonic School Charity Award.
Team Sea6 set themselves a target of £10,000 but have now exceeded £16,000. Darcy’s award includes a £50 donation towards this and a £25 Amazon gift card for Darcy to spend on resources linked to her future studies. We continue to be very proud of Darcy’s achievements.
