On Tuesday 25 June, over 180 of our Year 11 students enjoyed their school prom at Donnington Grove Hotel along with a number of members of St Bart’s staff. The evening was full of fun, laughter and lots of dancing. Students were treated to a photobooth, buffet, DJ, sweet stand and a stunning venue, decorated by our Year 11 Prom Committee.
The theme this year was “Eco-Prom”, with students opting for flowers, trees, wooden logs and lots of hessian string to decorate the venue, rather than the usual balloons and non-recyclable plastic.
Year 11 students have donated the two large birch trees used for decoration to the school which will be planted in a prominent place for other students to enjoy. Congratulations to all of our students, we wish them all the best of luck for the future.
