Year 7 Netball

The Year 7’s had their first competitive matches of the season. The A Team took on Park House A and got off to a strong start despite the weather. They looked in control throughout, winning 11-7. Elizabeth was awarded attacking player for her excellent shooting and Flora for her solid defence.

The Downs School were next to face St Bart’s A; all 4 girls that took on the shooting rolls were outstanding. The squad of 10 all played brilliantly, sharing positions and subbing on and off. Tilly and Polly G shone in a 17-0 win.

The B’s first opponent was The Willink and Freya took the team to an excellent 5-2 win with her steady play in Centre. Next up was Park House School B who were no match for the determined B’s, with excellent shooting from Summer, they won convincingly 11-0. Well done to all involved.
